Mobile Forensic Challenge (Android-16)

January လောက်က Android 16 မှာပါလာမဲ့ Security Features တွေကိုရေးခဲ့ဖူးပါတယ်။ June 10 ရက်နေ့မှာတော့ Google ကနေ Android 16 မှာပါမဲ့ Security Features တွေကို တရား၀င်ထုတ်ပြန်လာတဲ့အတွက် ကျန်တဲ့ Security Features တွေထက် Android 16 မှာကြုံလာနိုင်တဲ့ Anti-Forensics အကြောင်းကိုပဲ အရင်ရေးထားတဲ့ Post မှာထပ်ဖြည့်လိုက်ပါတယ်။ 

Android 16 မှာပါလာတဲ့ Security Features ဖြစ်တဲ့ Advanced Protection Mode ကတော့ Apple IOS Lock Down Mode နဲ့ဆင်ပါတယ်။

Theft Prevention 

 Google Pixel (Android 15) & Samsung Galaxy (One UI 7) ဖုန်းတွေမှာ Theft Prevention အနေနဲ့ ကိုယ်သတ်မှတ်ထားတဲ့နေရာ မဟုတ်ရင် ဖုန်းရဲ့ Pin Password သိရင်တောင် Phone မှာ ကိုယ် Private လုပ်ထားတဲ့ Data တွေကို Access လုပ်ခွင့်မရနိုင်တော့ဘူးလို့ Google က ကြေငြာထားပါတယ်။ Private Data Location ကတော့ Google Pixel မှာ Private Space ဖြစ်ပြီး Samsung မှာဆိုရင် Secure Folder ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ 

 ဥပမာ အိမ် နဲ့ ရုံးနေရာကိုပဲ Secure Location အနေနဲ့ ထားမယ်ဆိုရင် အိမ် နဲ့ ရုံးကြားမှာ Phone ကတစ်ခုခုဖြစ်ရင် Private Data အတွက် Pin, Password အပြင် User ရဲ့ Biometric လိုအပ်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Google Pixel (Android 15) & Samsung Galaxy (One UI 7) ဖုန်းတွေမှာပဲ အခု Feature ပဲရမှာဖြစ်ပြီး 2025 နောက်ပိုင်းမှ အခြား Android Phone တွေမှာ ရမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Encrypted Security 

72 နာရီဖုန်းကို Unlock မလုပ်ပဲထားရင် Android OS ကနေ  Auto Reboot ပြုလုပ်ပြီး Before First Unlock State ဖြစ်တဲ့ BFU State ကိုရောက်ရှိအောင်လုပ်သွားပါမယ်။

Denied Date Over USB 

Phone က Power On မယ် / Unlock ဖြစ်နေပေမဲ့ သတ်မှတ်ထားတဲ့ အချိန်အတိုင်းအတာ တစ်ခုအထိ offline (Internet ချိတ်ဆက်မနေဘူး) ဖြစ်နေမယ်ဆိုရင် Lock State ကိုရောက်ရှိသွားပါမယ်။ Phone ကို Lock State နဲ့ Power /Data Cable တပ်ထားရင် Only Charging အနေနဲ့ပဲ Access လုပ်ပါမယ်။ အပေါ်က Features 3 မျိုးလုံးအတွက် Enable ဖြစ်ဖို့ Pin Or Password လိုအပ်ပါမယ်။ ( No Biometric Unlock) 

IMSI Security 

Phone ကို 2 G Connection ချိတ်ဆက်တာ ကန့်သတ်ထားပါတယ်။ ကျန်တဲ့ Security Features တွေကိုတော့ အောက်မှာ အသေးစိတ်ဖတ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ Blog.Google

B-Trees (NTFS)

  B-Trees An NTFS index sort attributes into a tree, specifically a B-tree. A tree is a group of data structures called nodes that are linked together such that there is a head node and its branches out to the other nodes. Consider Figure 11.13(A), where we see node A on top and it links to nodes B and C. Node B links to nodes D and E. A parent node is one that links to other nodes, and a child node is one that is linked to. For example, A is a parent node to B and C, which are children of A. A leaf node is one that has no links from it. Nodes C, D, and E are leaves. The example shown is a binary tree because there are a maximum of two children per node. Figure 11.13.
